In this series of classes we will be playing with consciously creating and aligning your attention, intention and action to create.  You will learn and play as you do this with and in your own body, with and in a group of people, and within and in nature and your environment.

Learning how you connect  *  your attention  *  your  intention  *  your actin  *  to be aware of the alignment and connection needed to create your life consciously and purposefully.
