During this service you’ll then enjoy a luxurious full-body treatment using warmed, herbal-infused oils, paired with marma point therapy to balance energy flow and detoxify the body. This treatment will leave you feeling deeply nourished and at peace, both physically and mentally. Available in both 60 and 90 minute sessions. The 90 minute treatment will also include Garshana dry brushing before the Marma oil application.

Each session is tailored to your dosha skin type and unique skin health goals, using a customized mask and high-quality, natural products. New Client Consultation - $80 (90 minutes)
Begin with an in-depth consultation where we take a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Using traditional Ayurvedic assessment methods including observation, personalized questions, and pulse reading— we’ll determine your unique constitution (Prakriti) and any current imbalances (Vikriti). You’ll then receive personalized recommendations to support your well-being, recommendations may include:
-Nutrition guidance based on your Dosha type and current imbalances
-Lifestyle adjustments to promote balance and vitality
-Herbal and supplemental support to complement your body’s needs
-Daily and seasonal routines for long-term wellness
This session will give you a solid foundation in Ayurvedic health principles while empowering you to take the the next steps towards feeling your best!
Follow-up Consultation- $60 (60 minutes)
Designed for returning clients, this session allows us to check in on your progess and reassess your Ayurvedic health plan. We will assess your Dosha’s and explore any changes in your well-beingand adjust recommendations accordingly. Follow-up sessions include ongoing lifestyle, nutrition, and herbal support.
Ayurveda is a journey, and these follow-up sessions provide the continued support and adjustments needed to maintain balance and long-term health.
